All ticket purchases from this website will be sent via email.
You can also download your tickets from the successful order confirmation page.

How can I get there?

All usual forms of transport provide access to the heart of our festival. Please use our route planner on the website, enter your location, select travel method then click get directions.

Where can I find information on Hotels, B&Bs etc?

Thanet Has A Range Of Accommodation Available For Your Stay From B&B’s To 4 Star Hotels. Due To Popular Demand Hotels Closer To The Town Centre, Where We Are Based Are Usually Limited Or Completed Sold Out. The Towns Of Minster, Ramsgate & Broadstairs Offer Convenient 12-20 Minute Access To Margate.
Canterbury, Herne Bay, Whitstable Are Within A 30/40 Minute Drive Of Our Location

Is there car parking?

You will find plenty of parking options in and around central Margate. The Lido & Dreamland Carparks offer Convenient Parking

Are there any facilities for the disabled?

The accessible facilities onsite are for festival goers with permanent disabilities or impairments as stated in the Equality Act 2010. Broken legs, recent injuries or pregnancy do not qualify for these facilities.

Site Layout and Ground Conditions

It is accessible to visitors with mobility impairments as the site is mainly level accessed with a few slight inclines.

Indoor Venues

Each indoor venue is responsible for their own accessibility policy

Are dogs allowed on site?

With the exception of guide dogs, no animals are allowed on the ticketed festival arena sites..

Can I bring my own food and drink?

The location benefits from a wide range of cafes, bars restaurants and street food stalls. No food or drink can be taken into the main festival ticketed site.

The Sunset outdoor stage will have a free refillable water point

Can I bring chairs, blankets and gazebos into the main festival site?

Not permitted inside

Can I bring my camera?

You may bring a “domestic” camera however anything deemed professional (i.e. with detachable lenses etc.) is prohibited unless authorised by management in the ticketed areas.

Are children allowed?

The street activities around Margate Oldtown are open to all,

Margate Soul Festival reserves the right, in its absolute discretion to change the age restrictions referred to in this condition, without any prior notification.

Is there anything I shouldn't bring to the Margate Soul festival?

Illegal Drugs.

The sale or use of legal highs is also banned within the festival ticketed areas.

Please keep valuables safe.
